Sad stripes and soft lights all throughout the hallway “We’re looking at the end,” I said “It’s been looking right back always” Go to sleep, go to sleep if you know what’s good for you It’ll keep you warm until the sun comes for the moon until the sun comes for the moon Engulfed in resignation telling me that I should leave I’ve already lost what I’ve forgotten I’ve already left what I believe and I’m back asleep. Go to sleep if you know what’s good for you It’ll keep you warm until the sun comes for the moon until the sun comes for the moon All the stars will fall exceptional in your room when all I want to do is be the one who’s there for you Tell me that you love me Tell me everything’s okay Tell me it’s all right when I can’t find the words to say The sky will fall all miserable and black and bleak and blue when all I want to do is be the one who’s there for you When all I want to do is be the one who’s there for you When all I want to do is be the one who’s there

Hold my hand while I disappear from this escaping light Everything’s becoming clear I don’t think I can operate without you by my side Become a ghost with me, my dear Escape beneath the light It’s all we’ll know My cowardice is beginning to show me what you think of me with your fists upon my bleeding cheek If this is what I get, I’ll take it all I will take no less Hold my hand while my particles dissolve I am escaping light. I am crawling through the walls I don’t think I can operate without you by my side Become a ghost with me, my dear We’ll escape beneath this light It’s all we’ll know My cowardice is beginning to show me what you think of me with your fists upon my bleeding cheek If this is what I get, I’ll take it all I will take no less I am alive because you said my name that night I am alive I don’t believe in God I don’t believe in anyone I don’t believe in anyone I don’t believe in anyone I don’t believe in anyone but you

The Bunker 01:56
It’s quiet in the bunker tonight All my rations are running low so here I am on the radio waves asking for anything or anyone to save me, to save me Out there is a fiery pit and the creatures inhabiting it want to climb up and claw through my doorway but I won’t let them I've established perimeter It’s quiet in the bunker tonight All my rations are running out so I’m screaming as loud as I can for comrades, or anything ‘Cause I’m scared to die alone and I’m scared of what comes next Radio receiver held up to my mouth My God, I heard them screaming the whole way down Just get me home Just get me, just get me home ‘Cause I’m scared to die alone and I’m scared of what comes next

The Garden 03:59
Down in the garden you’re in a dream but I won’t stop praying until you can see me You wanted me to be graceful and mature Well, I’m doing my best Let me just pick myself up off the floor Down in the garden you are asleep but I’m planting flowers until you can speak You wanted me to be honest with myself but honestly I can’t seem to think about anyone else Down in the garden you’re in my dreams but I won’t stop loving you eternally Because if the universe were to explode I would still be following your ghost If the universe were to explode I would still be following your ghost If the universe were to explode I would still be following your ghost

about

These songs mean a lot to me, and I hope that they can mean something to you, too.

Eternal thanks to my friend, Ethan, who helped me record this EP in a single weekend. I came to him with really broad, rough, acoustic demos, and he helped me expand them into full band arrangements of which I am incredibly proud.

Thank you so very much for listening.
